How long does it take to ship an order?
It's a priority of ours to get orders shipped out as quickly as we can! However, wood items can take up to 7 business days to ship after an order is placed.
If you're needing an order by a specific date, don't hesitate to let us know via email or in the "Notes" section at checkout and we will do our very best to expedite the process!
What is the difference between standard and priority shipping?
All orders are shipping from our studio in San Diego, CA. That being said, once shipped, the time it takes for a package to arrive at its destination can vary depending on the location.
Standard shipping is generally 3-7 business days within the USA.
Priority shipping is typically 1-3 business days within the USA.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are so thankful for the opportunity to ship orders all over the world. However, if you do not see your country listed when you're going through the checkout process, please let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to help you out.
Once shipped, the time it takes for a package to reach its destination can vary depending on the location, but generally takes 10-20 business days.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, or taxes associated with receiving your package.
My order is a gift, will there be prices or a packing slip included with the order?
No. All of the specific order details will be handled via email with the address you provide at checkout. So whoever receives and opens the package will not see any of the pricing information inside the box.
But if you'd like to add a note to the recipient, feel free to type that in the "Notes" section at checkout and we will be happy to include that in the package!
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want to make sure that every product and package shipped is one that we would be excited to receive ourselves.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please visit this page and let us know. It's important to us that you are pleased with the condition and quality of our products and we will do our very best to make it right!
How do I choose a design (e.g., journals, wood art)?
Several of the items in our shop are customizable with your choice of any Scripture Type design. So our journals, wood art, etc. are not limited to the designs you see in the photos on that product's page (those are simply some of the examples). You can find all of the design choices for our customizable products on the Prints page of our shop.
We know this can get a bit confusing considering the number of designs there are to choose from, so here are more detailed step-by-step instructions to walk you through the process:
- Once you've decided on a design(s) from the Prints page of our shop, navigate to the product you want to order
- When you're on that specific product's page and have chosen your preferred size, color, quantity, as applicable, click "ADD TO CART"
- After you've clicked "ADD TO CART" a box will automatically pop up where you can type in the name(s) of the design(s) you've chosen
- Once you've typed in the design name(s), click the "ADD TO CART" button and the product will be added to your cart with all of the necessary info we need to make it super special just for you!
