Product Info
No, they do not. Currently, we're a very small family business operating out of a small space, so aren't able to offer framing services. We do hope to offer frames in the future.

We cannot take on one-off custom requests or change the translation of a design because of the time involved in drawing each one by hand. But we're always open to suggestions for future designs! You can send your suggestion to us here.
Ordering
No. All of the specific order details will be handled via email with the address you provide at checkout. So whoever receives and opens the package will not see any of the pricing information inside the box.
But if you'd like to add a note to the recipient, feel free to type that in the "Notes" section at checkout and we will be happy to include that in the package for you!

Shipping & Returns
It's a priority of ours to get orders shipped out as quickly as we can! We ship everything from our home studio and are usually able to ship out orders within 1-3 business days depending on what is ordered. Certain customized items may take a bit longer to ship and that information is noted on the product page.
If you're needing an order by a specific date, you can let us know in the "Notes" section at checkout and we will do our very best to get it to you in time!
Yes! We are so thankful for the opportunity to ship orders all over the world. However, if you do not see your country listed when you're going through the checkout process, please let us know here and we will be glad to help you out.
Once shipped, the time it takes for a package to reach its destination can vary depending on the location, but generally takes 10-20 business days.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, or taxes associated with receiving your package.
