Quality Product and Customer Service
I purchased a poster for my wife for Christmas. Six months later when we went to get it framed, the framer noticed a small scratch on it. I figured it had been six months and there was probably nothing I could do by then but I sent an email inquiring just the same. To my surprise, they agreed to replace it, no questions asked. Such customer service is a rarity these days but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a beautiful product and is backed with great customer service. I can’t wait to get it back from the framer and hang it in my office!
