From The Artist
Hi there, I’m Chris Wright. I started drawing Bible verses to help with Scripture memorization and to surround our home with God’s Word .
We believe what fills our homes helps shape our hearts and minds. My hope is that this artwork helps keep God's Word in view in the ordinary rhythms of everyday life.
Thanks so much for being here! —Chris
No. Every Scripture Type design is original, hand-drawn artwork by Chris Wright. Each piece starts with pencil and paper and typically takes 15–20 hours to create.
Use our Size Guide above and measure the area where you plan to hang your artwork.
Over a standard sofa, most people go with 24x36 or 30x40. For a hallway, entryway, or smaller wall, 16x20 or 18x24 can be great options.
Canvas Only is a 1.25" gallery-wrapped canvas, hand-stretched over solid wood and ready to hang as is.
Framed Canvas adds a wood frame around the canvas, measuring 0.55" wide × 1.69" deep. Oak is natural solid wood, while Walnut and Black are solid wood wrapped in a premium veneer. Ready to hang with gallery-standard wire.
Every piece is made-to-order. Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, then transit time on top of that.
Need it by a specific date? Expedited options are available. Email us before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen.
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us with a few photos and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Because each canvas is made-to-order specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or frame, so please review your selections carefully before ordering.

This piece totally added the spirit to my newly redone kitchen!! The artwork is stunning! It truly surpassed all my hopes. Packaging and customer service were outstanding. We have several kids and are heavily involved in Christian education, and this artwork provided a beautiful way to display our family mission. We want to proclaim Christ and share our hope with the next generation and with all who enter our home. This beautiful design is proudly displayed in our main living space so every day we see it and are reminded. So thankful for the ministry of Scripture Type.

I absolutely love the print that I ordered! The 16x20 inch print in the color “Charcoal” fit this frame perfectly that I got from Michael’s. This is the second print that I’ve purchased, and I would definitely recommend their prints to everyone! Looking forward to ordering another one soon!

This artwork is very good quality! We purchased it for our youth room - so perfect!
B
I love, love, love our scripture art! We have it hanging in our dining room and it serves as a reminder for us to tell of the mighty deeds of the Lord and the ways He is at work … why? That our four children may learn to set their hope in God! We write down prayer requests and answers to prayers in the sheet of white paper that hangs nearby…. It has been wonderful to see how God has been at work over the years- glory to God!! So happy to add this to our wall! Got the pretty frame at Micheals on sale for only $11! Thank you for creating such beautiful scripture art!

We purchased several of these and framed them in black velvet shadow boxes for our high school graduates at our church. They are beautiful and were a big hit!

I love this verse, and the layout presents it in such a creative and meaningful way. The word art style makes the message stand out while still feeling clean and easy to read. It’s a simple but impactful piece that adds both beauty and encouragement to any space.
H
The poster was beautiful and well-packaged! Love what you all are doing for the Lord!
S
I have been eyeing this store for a while, and finally pulled the trigger for a youth pastor gift. The poster (and cards I ordered too) is beautiful, exactly as shown and described in regard to quality. But beyond expectations, I was so happily surprised by the thank you packet that came with the order. I don't want to ruin the surprise, but share that I believe this family cares deeply for their art and put their name on work that is glorifying to God. Well done.
