From The Artist
Hi there, I’m Chris Wright. I started drawing Bible verses to help with Scripture memorization and to surround our home with God’s Word .
We believe what fills our homes helps shape our hearts and minds. My hope is that this artwork helps keep God's Word in view in the ordinary rhythms of everyday life.
Thanks so much for being here! —Chris
No. Every Scripture Type design is original, hand-drawn artwork by Chris Wright. Each piece starts with pencil and paper and typically takes 15–20 hours to create.
Use our Size Guide above and measure the area where you plan to hang your artwork.
Over a standard sofa, most people go with 24x36 or 30x40. For a hallway, entryway, or smaller wall, 16x20 or 18x24 can be great options.
Canvas Only is a 1.25" gallery-wrapped canvas, hand-stretched over solid wood and ready to hang as is.
Framed Canvas adds a wood frame around the canvas, measuring 0.55" wide × 1.69" deep. Oak is natural solid wood, while Walnut and Black are solid wood wrapped in a premium veneer. Ready to hang with gallery-standard wire.
Every piece is made-to-order. Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, then transit time on top of that.
Need it by a specific date? Expedited options are available. Email us before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen.
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us with a few photos and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Because each canvas is made-to-order specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or frame, so please review your selections carefully before ordering.
This product has no reviews of its own. The merchant grouped it with related products, so the reviews shown are from across that group.

My scripture picture is even better in person! - I unboxed and hung it up immediately! It is a beautiful treasure in my new gym/ craft room- cannot wait to show them off. Thank you for the card - sweet!

I received a gift certificate for Scripture Type. I had not heard of them. The item I got is lovely, and a few small examples of other designs were enclosed. I'll order other things from them in the future, especially post cards, I think. They'd be perfect for sending a quick encouragement to a friend. I'll also get gift certificates for others in the future. (Don't mind the shine in the photo. It's still in the plastic sleeve until I frame it.)

This looks great on our bedroom wall which we keep dimly lit, and the color scheme of this poster we chose is high contrast making it very readable wherever we are in the bedroom. Love it! Beautiful and eye catching!

We love these beautiful scripture art in picking a theme verse for our school year! It is perfect decoration while also used to help us keep looking back to it to remind our hearts (and hide it in our heart!). It is quality paper and very durable. My son is VERY excited to have the sword one this year!

Beautiful. We are giving an 18x24 framed print of this verse to our Senior Pastor for Pastor Appreciation month. He quotes this verse every service before he preaches and now we all know it by heart!

I was very pleased. The quality was better than expected. I was nervous buying off of social media because you never know what you're going to get, and I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase.
